In some parts of the country, High School Football borders on being a Religion. Here in Rhode Island, it doesn't quite reach those heights, save for of all times, Thanksgiving Morning,(Don't ask!, it's a Rhode Island thing!!) 10 AM or so see's every team in the state face off against their dreaded Crosstown Rival. Some Turkey Day Rivalries have been played out for over fifty years. Many an 0 and 8 season has quickly been forgotten, and many a Turkey Day Dinner has tasted a whole lot better with a victory. This is the 2005 version, played by the two High Schools in my town, Cranston East and Cranston West.
